1. ABOUT THIS APPLICATION

HemTally is an offline tailoring and garment-alteration management app. It helps you create alteration jobs, save garment measurements and tasks, track due dates, prepare cost estimates, view local reports, and manually export PDF, CSV, or JSON files.

2. INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO STORE

The app stores information you enter, including job numbers and references, optional customer aliases, garment descriptions, alteration instructions, current and target measurements, notes, due dates, job priorities and statuses, task history, labor and material estimates, and relevant settings. These records are stored in the app's local Room database and Android app-private storage on your device. You do not need to provide your full name or other identifying information to use the app. Please avoid entering sensitive information that is unnecessary for your work.

3. DATA COLLECTION, TRANSMISSION, AND SHARING

The current version does not request Internet access or require a login. It has no advertising, analytics, tracking SDK, remote database, or automatic synchronization feature. It does not automatically send locally stored jobs, measurements, or quotes to NOBLE VALLEY CLEANING LLC or third-party servers. Manually exported files and emails are exceptions under your control, as explained below.

4. LOCAL EXPORTS AND BACKUPS

You can manually save work-ticket and estimate PDFs, job CSV files, and JSON backups with Android's system document picker. You choose the file destination. If you select a cloud-backed or other third-party document provider, that provider may handle the file under its own privacy terms. Exported files, including JSON backups, are not encrypted by HemTally; do not share them with untrusted recipients. Restoring a backup replaces existing local records only after you confirm the action.

5. CONTACTING SUPPORT

The Contact Support feature opens an email application on your device with a prepared message addressed to dev@noblevalleycleaning.store. The app does not send the message automatically. If you choose to send it, your email application and email provider process the information you include according to their policies. Do not attach sensitive records unless you intend to share them.

6. PERMISSIONS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The app does not request permissions for camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, SMS, broad storage access, or Internet. Android's system document picker is used for files that you explicitly select. The app icon and onboarding illustrations are bundled with the application and do not require remote image loading.

7. RETENTION AND DELETION

Your local records remain on the device until you delete jobs, use the app's clear-records feature, clear Android app data, or uninstall the application. Files you exported outside the app must be deleted separately from their chosen destinations. Automatic Android application-data cloud backup is disabled in the current app configuration.

8. SECURITY

The app uses Android's app-private storage and relies on the device's security controls. It does not claim end-to-end encryption or encryption of manually exported backup files. Protect your device with an appropriate screen lock and safeguard any exported files.

9. CHILDREN AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

HemTally is a general work productivity utility and is not directed at children. It does not provide financial services, online payments, medical advice, or gambling services. Do not enter payment-card, bank-account, government-ID, or other highly sensitive information in free-text fields.

10. CHANGES AND QUESTIONS

This policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. Updated information should be provided in-app and on the public privacy-policy page. For questions about privacy or your locally stored data.
